BG-Address is charging the following fees and agent commissions:

Agency commission: We charge 3% (of the asking price) or a minimum of 750 Euros, whichever amount is greater.

It is payable right after signing the preliminary contract and paying the deposit.

Other expenses: Depending on each property there are other expenses like: notary fees, tax when purchasing property, stamp duty, solicitors checks on the property ownership, etc.
